OSI Organization

The OSI has a Board of Directors, and various Officers. Two staff positions report to the President: a General Counsel and a Director of Legal Affairs.

The OSI has constituted the following committees:

  • License Approval
  • License Proliferation
  • Open Standards
  • Membership

These committees report, through their chairs, to the Board.
